There is a fully equipped gymnasium at Amoudeli (Plomari). It is a public gym therefore, everyone is allowed to use the equipment.

  Plomari and the surrounding villages have many adventurous trail paths for those who are interested in nature walks. There is a map showing all the hiking trail routes at the corner of the park next to the taxi rank.
